Never removed any working servo. Its a 1999. Its strange, if its warmer than 30 degrees outside i get fairly decent heat from the drivers side and great heat from the passenger. Anything colder than that and its COOL City for my drivers side??? I dont get it, how would it sense how cold it is OUTSIDE? Or maybe I have a different problem

oops sorry that was meant for the OP as to why he removed a working servo.
servos dont "sense" anything maybe your servo just isnt working correctly, do you get any funny noises from them or at startup? i did a DIY on how to replace the servos though, check my old posts
