GS430 - Modified Stock Air Box w/K&N Drop-In Filter!!
I have a modified factory air box and all piping with a K&N drop in filter from my 2001 GS430. I had this mod done before I purchased my short ram intake system, And this air box mod did make a nice difference in power and sound! You can see the mod in the pics.

The factory air box assembly was on til about 95k miles. The air filter might have 6k miles at the very most!!
But I would prefer to sell it all together, I need to clear out my garage!

But, I'll be helpful. Seeing as how you're in Lithuania, it'd probably be easiest to go on eBay.co.uk and find someone breaking a GS430 and get the airbox from them. There are a few of them being broken now (I'm always looking for spares) and not to mention, shipping will be MUCH cheaper. Hope this helps.
