Actually Fonz, the 01' will only fit 01+. They're a bit larger.

They did not make black pearl in 98-00 (I think), so if what Ray is saying is correct, this is 01+
However; I am going to double check because I thought they were same. I have both grills, so if my 98-00
"L" fits my 01+ grill Ray will be
