JL Audio 12W7 w/ 1000/1 designed for 2GS

Hey everyone, so here's what I got up for sale... 1 JL Audio 12W7 in a custom ported box designed for a 98-05 GS. So here's what makes this such an awesome deal... A buddy of mine worked at Tweeter aka HiFi Buys, so anyways he had all the contacts at JL Audio for me to talk to while I designed this box. Now according to JL Audio specs it call for 1.75 cu. ft. for a ported box, so I spoke with the tech from JL and I asked for SPL specs and he told me to build the box at 2.2 cu. ft. instead. He also told me to design a the box as a solid and then to build the port around it... So anyways long story short about 2 hours later I had designed a box that was a true 2.2 cu. ft. Now one thing I wanted when I designed this box was that I would still be able to use my trunk, so I designed the box to fit in the raised section in the back of the trunk. So basically this is a one of a kind box, and the only one who know the specs to it is me... So to give you an idea of what it sounds like, when I turn my radio up to listening level the bass actually makes my roof wobble... I paid $900 for the sub $1000 for the amp and the box would cost at least $500 or more to have designed and built by a professional... I am selling everything for $1700. So if you are interested let me know what you want to do... I am located in Houston so local pickup would be preferred seeing as it would be kind of hard to ship this thing. Thanks! -Jayson
