They are used parts w/ 56k mileage. Regarding centering w/ no load: when you install these parts, I have found, be it used or new ones, they have to be nudged.tweaked into place, ie the bushing becomes distorted when the arm is installed. So there must some set that takes place and the bushing/arm/sleeve are not necessarily concentric except perhaps when they are manufactured.

But I have no use for these so PM me an offer if you need them. New ones are cheap enough so if you are worried just buy a new pair. These may be of help to someone. Price is OBO.
