Take note that one actuator will not work for all. All 4 actuator are different in orientation. The front and rear actuators are different, and the left and right ones are opposite.

good point.. i bought a drivers side front door lock actuator a couple weeks ago from carson toyota i still have the parts bag sitting around somewhere ill get the # off that so you can at least rule out one.

Hey guys... came across this on the forums a while back.. if your a DIY'er .. could save you a bunch of bucks.. my pass. door lock is acting up, thinking of doing it....link below shows steps to replace motor in housing..
