Interestingly, after a conversation with the local parts department, then parts the manager, and then general manager, I was assured there was no such part, and the entire engine cover had to be ordered. And here it is in an OEM sealed TMC package.

I have seen a few posts here for people trying to source this part. The part number is 11291-50060. Also written on the package is:
