WTB: OEM rear spoiler for 2001 GS430 - Black preferred
 

Mine cracked overnight at a hotel due to either cold weather or vandalism, so I'm in the market for a new one. Thanks!

what was your spoiler made out of ? fiberglass? or is it Plastic?

I bought the sideskirts he was selling and noticed he had a black spoiler for sale a well.

It was the OEM/stock/factory one that came on the car. From what I can tell, it is made of plastic - it does have a metallic strip on the underside of it.

Still looking....was hoping to get one of two that were recently put up for sale but ended up missing out on them by a few hours...

Bump! Still looking - so far the ones available on the board have eluded me.

Note: OEM spoiler mounts to the top of the trunk via brackets that are riveted to the trunk. (There are no visible bolts going through the trunk lid into the spoiler)

The underside of the spoiler should look like this when looking at it with the trunk open (notice the access cover):

I was browsing ebay and someone had one to sell. U should ck, it was the original factory one.

i will have one after this weekend, if you can wait... my car is coming out of the shop and i took my OEM wing of for my JP 3p spoiler (btw mine is black also)
