Are you sure this is for a GS400? The link you supplied gives specification for the GS300 98-01

It may be for the GS430, there wasn't a 01' GS400, that would be the GS430. Check your pm.

Looking at the MAF, it looks a little large for the later year cars so I would assume this is only for 98-00 GS 400
