Default HID Headlight housings for sale ('98 - '00)

I was going to put these on Ebay but I figured I would give you guys first dibbs. Not to take anything away from the other guys here selling their headlight housings but I am going to sell mine. My price is $300/shipped also and I accept PayPal. These headlights were in great shape but I took the time recently to wetsand them for a better finish. Please note, one headlight is a lot newer than the other. One has been on the car for maybe 9 mos. and the other was the original on my 2000 GS. This is for the pair of housings only; bulbs and ballasts are NOT included. These headlights are in great shape; please see pics below.

Also, I took a couple of shots of a tab that was broken off by the dealer when they were uninstalling these lights. However, eventhough MANY members have mentioned that one tab will not make the headlight insecure I took the time to fabricate a piece of metal (painted black and very strong) that will line up with the factory bolt location. Thanks.... More pics to follow...

Initially yes before I wet sanded them. Now to me they are MUCH closer in clarity. If you want I will try to take some more pics in different light from farther away so you can decide. Also, keep in mind perhaps you can buy a better polish and use a polishing wheel for an enhanced look to further match the other side. I do not have a wheel and only used McGuires PlasticX polish by hand. I'm sure you can do better with a wheel. Also, one other thing I will give you an alternative scenario that I was contemplating not too long ago.

My housings - $300.00/Shipped
Buy (1) new HID (Non-green tint) housing from internet (I have seen it)$269.00 + shipping
Sell my "older" headlight on Ebay for $200.00
Sell your old headlight housings (pair) for $275.00

When all is said and done it costed you roughly $110.00+/- to have 2 new headlights; One brand new and my 9 mos. old (looks brand new) headlight. I was going to do this myself but my girlfriend offered to buy me a new pair of green tinted headlights for last Xmas. Just giving suggestions and trying to help. Let me know. I'm telling you these headlights are in great shape.
