Default FS: EGOIST trunk lid for 98-05 GS

Hello guys. Just got back from a December trip in Japan. It was great. Happy new year everyone.

I picked up an EGOIST trunk lid for the 2GS. Was going to keep it for my car, but I now think it is too conservative for my car. Therefore I'm going to sell it.

This trunk lid is used, but in excellent condition. It is painted in millennium silver (2000-2005 silver). It does not need to be repainted if you have this silver.

Here are some official pics from EGOIST.

Does not come with the inner tail lights, and does not include the trunk bar above the license plate. However you can use your stock ones no problem.

MSRP for this is around $1200 USD, unpainted, IF you can find one, PLUS shipping from Japan. I'm selling this for $799. Considering that this might well be one of the very few EGOIST trunk lids in the US, AND painted, it is a steal. Please no lowballers. I prefer to sell this locally, as it is hard and expensive to ship. However if you are interested and do not live locally and would like to pay for shipping, then we can work something out.

PM me if you have any questions. Thanks.

this is made out of FRP I suppose (as with most Japanese aero parts.) The inner structure of the trunk (the stuff behind the carpeting) is really well-made. Not just a piece of lid

Pictures will come tomorrow for sure.

I just noticed that there is a little hole on the middle of the spoiler part. What is that exactly? Just curious.

Default Alpine Silver vs Millenium Silver

I love the trunk
... but I have a Alpine Silver GS.
I am wondering how much of a difference between Alpine Silver and Millenium Silver... any idea?

Alpine silver has more blue tint to it, while millennium looks alittle bronze-ish hue. There is certainly a difference i'm sorry to say.

Bump for a top notch seller. I bought my BBS wheels from GlobeCLK, a trusted O.G member here.
