They are different actuators for each door correct?

In other words this will only work on the rear driver side door?

Sorry, but I do not know. You may want to check with Lexus on that but I do believe that it is door specific.

all 4 of the door lock actuator assembly are differnt IE Frt left or frt right
rear left/ rear right
if you guys have a problem with ur drier side door actuator try to take off the door panel and with it because mines went out before and one day i started noticing that it was still moving but weak as if it was caught or somthing. i heard a slight clicking noise as if it was still working so what and i took out the door panel and try to get it to work.
