At 50% off new price I'm surprised this is the last item to go. The TRD strut bar is a quality made part and they don't wear out, looks good as new with 1 year of service.

No. The engine sits too high so you will need spacers. Once you can clear the engine, it will hit the hood. I am not sure if you can still force the hood close or that it just won't close at all. As some 99s may have an engine cover, this info is without an engine cover. it will be worse with the engine cover.
