It fits all GS400 w/ engine cover.
It fits all GS300 without engine cover.....you will need 1/2" of spacers to to fit a GS300 with engine cover . (98-99 GS300 did not come with engine cover.....only 2000+ GS300 comes with engine cover).
It does not fit GS430....not sure if it fits if GS430 cover is removed.
Hope that helps....if anyone has anymore info...please post up.
