i dont want to badmouth anybody from other forums and im just telling my story but i just feel like it was

very shady

here's what happened

on july 13th i posted on www.i-supra.com saying i needed a supra tt rear w/lsd

this guy shogun94 tells me:

I have a brand new one out of box never used or installed, complete. 1100 shipped I am in Baltimore. Email me for more info. astolar@midascoinc.com

so im pretty psyched and we email each other

so i go onto supraforums and make a post in the North East section

and this is where "337"comes into part

he sends me a pic of the same rear that shogun94 has

but he says its rebuilt where shogun tells me it brand new never been used

Hey I saw that you had a problem cuz Shogun and 337 sent you the same pic.
Not knocking 337 cuz I don't know him, but I know Shogun personally,
and he's a VERY honest person. I'd buy from him before anyone else.

OK, wow...I love how things on the 'net get outta hand like this.

To get the real story, start off by reading this thread:

This post explains how I got scammed by the user 'shogunsup94' on supraforums.

Now heres where it gets tricky.

After I confronted shogun about the rear being an auto rear, and not a 6speed like he claimed, he explains that he doesnt have the money to buy it back from me (as explained in the link), so instead he goes off to try and find a buyer for the auto rear. I told him the only way that I would get involved in any kind of third party deal like that is if the buyer new the facts - I wasn't going to be apart of him scamming some other user. He assured me that wasn't an issue and then told me he had some buyer in new jersey for the rear.

Days go by...and no word from shogun, and I'm still out of the grand that he owes me. So instead of waiting around I see a post by a user on supraforums (TLW) looking for a rear. I dont claim that it's new, I dont claim anything other then that its a rebuilt auto rear. He asks for a picture, so I send him a picture of it.

Now rewind for a minute...back when shogun said that he had a buyer in new jersey for the rear, he said he needed a picture to reassure the buyer. So I took a picture and then forwarded it to shogun.

As it turns out TLW was the same person shogun was trying to sell the rear too.

At this point TLW has gotten a picture of the same rear from two different people, both claiming different things. Its not my fault that shogun is going around trying to get the money back that he owes me by claiming that its a NEW rear. I never told him to do that, in fact I told him the opposite. I told him I wanted my money back, and he took it on himself to try and scam someone else.

When I, myself, tried to sell the same rear (which is still in my god damn trunk) I gave people the whole story. Its not a new rear, its a rebuilt one. Its completely clean, but its got a few indications on it that its not new out of the box. The end.

For further proof, I can take 54890583409 pictures of the rear in 5438950348 different angles to show that it is, in fact in my hands.

If you all believe me or not is up to you. I could really care less - I'm just sick of this whole ****in' situation dealing with ****in scammers, and I'm not gonna have my name **** on w/o telling my side; the complete side of the case.

All my PM interactions with shogun are saved in my preferences on supraforums for moderators on there to check up on if they like.
