I'd say same quality. Parts are identical best I can tell, and the boxes state that they're made in Japan. Beck/Arnley is a distribution company (other people manufacture the products), and I've heard that some of their stuff comes from the same factories as OEM stuff. I've bought other parts from them before that actually had "TOYOTA" printed on them.
