Greetings to the Esteemed Group,

I'm getting out of my 2002 GS430 lease and into a different Lexus. It's an amazing car - it's the perfect car, in fact. But family needs dictate my doing this. It kills me, but what can I do. Here are the details:

- Silver Metallic exterior
- Black leather interior
- Doctor-owned, gently driven, garage kept, warm weather car
- Very low miles (24,200)
- Every available option
- Heated Seats
- Rear Spoiler
- Xenon Lights
- 17-inch Sport Rims
- Mark Levinson Sound System
- GPS Navigation
- Cargo Net
- All stock

The new buyer will take over my lease. I'm offering a $3500 cash incentive upon the completed transfer - that's almost 6 months of no payments. Payment is $647/month, net of incentive, with 24 or so months left. I do have it listed on swapalease.com. so feel free to look there for more details. Payment is net of incentive. Buyer to pay any taxes, shipping.

Although it doesn't need it, the car will be professionally detailed just prior to transfer.

In the event of multiple interested parties, the incentive will be negotiated.

some questions:
how many miles per year do you have on your lease?
how many miles do I have left to drive then ?

my credit history is not that great, since Im still in college,
so do you think the lease would be able to be transferred to me?

Hello Tim,

The lease is up in 24 months or so, with a total of 54,000 miles allowed. It has 24,400 on it now, so leaves almost 30,000 miles in two years.

As far as your credit goes, you could always apply and see what they say. And/or if you have someone you could so-sign with, that would help.
