i think he just incrased the exposure on the camera.. cuz i used to have those same bulbs and it didn't come out that white or that bright

Do you happen to have a photo of the interior where the lights are located? I wanted to see the interior and see how it looks like

Check the EXIF for camera settings. I used high contrast/low saturation in photoshop.
