FS: Aristo LSD differential
I have for sale an LSD differential from a jzs147 Aristo. I know it fits the GS300 and possibly the SC300. It was purchased for a turbo setup. That project was killed and now I am selling. I am asking $650, and only local pickup. I dont want to deal with having to ship it, and it gives the buyer a chance to check it out before purchasing. I am the Tampa, FL area. E-mail me at turbov2700@hotmail.com for the fastest response

Not trying to dampen this guys sale but I did a little research and it looks like this will fit the Aristo 147, Supra Mk3 and Is300. Not the Sc300 or the 98-Gs models. I *could* be wrong but I haven't seen anywhere that mentions this diff working in a 161 aristo, mk4 supra or sc300/400. In fact i wish it did as there would be much more selction for LSD's if it did fit those models.

According to Sipolexus' classified post of the same type lsd:
Aristo JZS147 Torsen LSD 3.76
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Great condition Differential from a Aristo. Will handle over 1000hp easily.
Direct Swaps for:
93-98 TT Auto Supra
91-00 SC300/400
93-98 Non-Turbo Supra
93-02 Lexus GS300/400 - you will need to switch out the front flanges which takes about 5-10 minutes.

Yes you are wrong. No it will not fit a is300 or mk3 supra. It will fit SC3/4, Gs300 and mkiv TT auto supras.
I know first hand that it will work on those cars.
Here is a quote from another for sale thread that explains it pretty well.
"Selling my LSD Differntial from a Twin Turbo Toyota Aristo. It has 3.77 gears in it and it is in fantastic shape. I took the rear cover off to verify gearing and condition. This diff is a direct swap into 1993-1998 Twin Turbo Automatic Toyota Supra's and is virtually identical in every way other than some casting on the housing for cooling fins. It also swaps directly 1991-2000 Lexus SC300's and Lexus SC400's, 1993-1998 Non Turbo Toyota Supras as well as 1993 - 2002 Lexus GS300's and GS400's but you have to swith the front flange out with the one currently on your diff. Very Simple to do. To do this swap, expect it to take as little as a half an hour and as long as 2 hours depending on your skill level."
