Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Jaguar, Infiniti, and every other luxury brand all had one thing in common last month: they each sold fewer vehicles in the U.S. than Lexus.

There’s no doubt that Lexus has been steadily eating up some of Western Europe’s luxury automobile market, but they still have a long road ahead if they want to beat out the Germans. Hopefully, the LC 500 and LC 500h should help make up some ground.

Lexus is arguing that they, and not BMW, sold the most luxury cars in 2015. And at least some data is on their side.

You’d think after such a stellar year as 2015, Lexus would be happy to talk about it for a while. But no, they’re already talking about how great 2016 is going to be.

Lexus is beating Mercedes-Benz in sales, and cars like the new LC 500 are exactly the reason why.

2015 was a fantastic year for sales of Lexus vehicles. When the sales are tallied, it turns out Lexus sold more vehicles than Mercedes-Benz last year!

Apparently the folks in Japan really LOVE the new Lexus RX.
