Lexus UX to Debut at 2018 Geneva Auto Show
Two years after the Lexus UX concept debuted in Paris, we finally get to see the production-ready model!
It seems like an eternity since we first laid eyes on the Lexus UX concept. Heck, it’s been nearly a year since Lexus announced that the compact crossover would enter production. But now, after rabid speculation over which major show Lexus would choose to debut the production UX, we’ve finally got a concrete date for the little ute’s revealing. Lexus has announced that they will unveil the UX crossover at the Geneva Motor Show on March 6th.
The all-new compact crossover will be the fifth member of the brand’s extensive lineup of luxury utility vehicles. But it certainly won’t be anything like its brethren. The Lexus UX concept was unlike anything we’ve ever seen, initially built purely as a design study. How much of the concept’s bold and aggressive styling will ultimately carry over to the production version is unknown. But judging by Lexus’ teaser image (above), we can at least confirm the presence of the concept’s unique tail fins.
