Club Lexus Member and LC 500 Owner Rocks Sweet New Wheels

LC 500

Member owned LC 500 joins the Club Lexus virtual car show with a new set of shoes.

As any car guy worth his salt already knows, the quickest and easiest way to upgrade the visual appeal of your ride is with a new set of wheels and tires. In mere minutes, you can completely transform the way your car looks. Not to mention the way it rides and handles.

Even though the new Lexus LC 500 might not exactly come with a set of ugly or small wheels from the factory, there are reasons for making a swap. For one, you’ll obviously stand out from the “crowd” of other LC 500 owners out there. Secondly, you’re making the car truly yours, one that can’t be mistaken with anyone else’s ride. Well, unless they happen to buy the same exact car and the same exact wheels.

That drive for individuality undoubtedly inspired Club Lexus member pb4ugo, who wasted no time fitting his factory fresh LC 500 with a new set of shoes. And of course, what better way to show off his pride and joy than in the forums? So he did just that by posting up a couple of pics in this thread. With a simple (almost rhetorical) question – What do you think?

Well, it’s safe to say the responses were overwhelmingly positive. “So much yes, they look amazing on that car, what are they?” said e60bmw (they’re Rennen Wheel CRL55s). “WOW. Nice,” remarked RX469. “At first I was like, new wheels as in new car or actual new wheels, but heck, everything’s new!”

For mk416, the wide open aspect of the wheels cries out for another upgrade. “You sir, are in dire need for some ceramic carbon drilled brake rotors. Just to compliment the look of those wheels, but good choice!” NVRLAND adds “Looks very clean! Congrats man. Might want to lower it a bit if interested, would look even better without that wheel gap in my opinion.”

Turns out, the OP might have even better plans for how to use his money. “That would be nice, especially since the amount of brake dust is crazy on this car, but for the amount of money they would cost, I would probably want the supercharger that Boost Logic is engineering at this time. Been trying to find out if the RR Racing supercharger for the RC F would fit as well.”

Essentially, posting up pics of his tasteful LC 500 mod on Club Lexus is like showing it off in a virtual car show. One that reaches a much, much broader audience, of course. And if you’re reading this, we’re guessing you’ve got a ride worth showing off and bragging about. Whether it be an LC, LS, SC, or even an RX, we love all things Lexus around these parts. So grace our eyes (and the rest of the world’s) with it by posting that thing up here in the forums!
