So how can you be totally prepared for something as mind-boggling as the Gumball 3000? You can’t. The full frontal assault of ferocious supercars, exotic locales and block rocking parties is enough to turn the brains of most mortals into an exhaust-rattled, octane-spiked blob of tapioca pudding–and founder Maximillion Cooper wouldn’t have it any other way.

But one thing you can, or more accurately must, do is pick the right car, and the folks at AnastasiaDate hit it out of the park with their selection–a custom-wrapped 2010 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder. Check out the rendering below for an idea of what the ladies’ AWD, V10-powered Raging Bull will look like.

Now, I’ll admit a soft spot for the Gallardo. I’ve been lucky enough to garner some serious seat time in these mid-engine masterpieces, and in 2008 I spent a rally stint riding shotgun on a sprint from Park City, Utah to Sin City. Coincidentally, while I’ve had several opportunities to drive cars from Lamborghini’s arch rival Ferrari, they’ve always been broken when it was my turn to hop behind the wheel.

And that rally I mentioned? Three Prancing Horses screamed across the starting line–and zero finished. None of Enzo’s Italian Stallions burned to the ground, but all eventually succumbed to mechanical issues. Meanwhile, the Lamborghinis ate up miles like a fat kid handles free bread sticks at the Olive Garden–with alarming speed and no complaints. So if you’re feeling Italian and want a car that’ll cover 3000 miles without issues, the Gallardo is a brilliant choice.

By the time you read this, I’ll be cruising at 30,000 feet on a flight to headed to Miami. Once I land in the Sunshine State, I’ll meet up with the ladies of AnastasiaDate and get ready for the kickoff of the 2014 Gumball 3000. I can’t wait to hit the road.

But until then, head to AnastasiaDate’s official Gumball 3000 site to get your fix of hot cars and hotter girls!
