Ultra White IS 300 F Sport Looks Killer With Carbon Body Kit
Clean and highly attractive Lexus IS proves that sometimes, subtlety can be a good thing.
Exercise in Subtlety
Sometimes, you don't have to go crazy to build a car that significantly improves upon its stock appearance. And other times, this exercise in subtlety winds up looking even better than it would have if you did. That's certainly the case with Club Lexus member NikNikNik's 2018 Lexus IS 300 F Sport, which uses a few select mods to truly stand out from the crowd.

Going Carbon
The biggest thing you'll notice about this IS is its highly attractive Artisan-style carbon fiber kit. The additional bodywork includes a front lip, side skirts, rear spats, rear diffuser, rear duckbill spoiler, mirror caps, and canards. Though at first, the OP wasn't quite sure if he wanted to install the latter.

Visual Upgrades
That kit gives this IS a massive visual upgrade, in our humble opinion at least. But the OP didn't stop there. He also added LED front and rear turn signals, as well as LED upgrades for the exterior mirror lights and all of the interior bulbs. F-sport door puddle lights add a nice little touch when you're stepping out at night, too.

Performance Boost
He then followed up those visual upgrades with some performance goodies. This list currently includes an Apexi throttle controller, JB4 tune (Map 5), AEM intake pipe, and a K&N air filter. And with a Remark axle-back exhaust, this Lexus likely sounds pretty amazing, too.

Holding Back
The carbon fiber theme continues inside, where the lightweight material covers part of the steering wheel and shift knob. That's pretty much all there is to note on the inside, but we love the stock IS interior as it is anyway. So why mess with success?

Future Plans
The OP has plans for a few additional mods in the future, however. They include the typical stuff like wheels, along with a carbon hood, chrome delete, roof wrap, an OV tune, Siebon front fenders, and a mid-pipe or full exhaust.
