5 Reasons the RC 350 is an Excellent Everyday Driver
You love your Lexus RC 350, but you're worried if you should be driving it so much and to every errand?
1. Super comfortable
Bolstered F sports seats feature foam-injected construction, and are especially engineers to contour to the shape of the driver. Beyond that, there are several other race-inspired features, including an F sport-badged steering wheel and shift knob, both trimmed in perforated leather, several accents, and an eye-catching black headliner. It's really tough trying to think of a reason to possibly switch cars when you're being held in super soft materials like these.
2. Terrific audio system
The 17-speaker (that’s right, 17 speakers!), 835-Watt Mark Levinson Premium Surround Sound Audio System comes with a patented, proprietary Clari-Fi technology that is able to restore audio excellence back to compressed music. The result is a clear, crisp, dynamic sound that can be enjoyed in every seat of the car. If there is a voice in your head telling you that the RC might not be the best idea for the hardware store, just turn the volume up louder.
3. Radar-based intelligent cruise
While the technology is fairly new, Lexus is a leader when it comes to perfecting new things. Adaptive cruise control allows you to sit, back, relax, and enjoy your luxury sports vehicle while the car maintains a safe following distance from the car in front of you. Like normal cruise control, it won't exceed the pre-set speed but will brake as needed to keep you and itself safe from harm.
4. Optional blind spot monitoring
Blind spot monitoring technology allows you to change lanes with the utmost confidence. There are built-in monitors that are specially designed to detect and warn you of approaching vehicles in adjacent lanes. Also, there is rear cross-traffic alert, which helps you when backing out a parking space to lets you know if cars are coming from either direction.
5. Cargo volume
At first glance, the RC looks like it will be a tough time for anyone looking to fit anything large in the car but it surprisingly has up to a bit over 10 cubic feet to give. Between the 60-40 split folding rear seats and the 10 cubic feet of space, many remarked that there is enough trunk space for rather large items that they previously thought would have been an issue.
