5 Best Interior/Exterior Color Combinations

Equally as important as deciding which Lexus model to purchase is trying to decide what color combination to go with for your new car. After all, what’s the point in buying a luxury vehicle if you’re just going to choose colors that will make the car blend in with the rest of the vehicles on the roadway? The following are five of the more popular color combinations among Lexus owners.

1. Matador Red Mica Exterior / Striated Black Interior

If you’re looking to stand out on the road with your new Lexus, the company’s matador red mica is about as bold as they come. An option on most Lexus models, this particular color is most-oft paired with a striated black interior which is, for the most part, a standard black finish.

2. Nightfall Mica Exterior / Gray Sapele Wood (with Aluminum) interior

A bit more subtle is nightfall mica, which is a variation of blue not common on the highways. As such, it makes for a solid option for a luxury vehicle like Lexus. Paired with a gray sapele wood (with aluminum finish) on the inside, the color combination between the two suggests an owner with refined taste.

3. Starfire Pearl Exterior / Dark Brown Walnut Interior

One of the more popular color choices among Lexus owners is the starfire pearl option — a slightly off white. It requires a bit more cleaning, as even the slightest smudges do show up as being rather noticeable on the car’s body, but when clean, the color choice is striking. When combined with a dark brown walnut finish, the vehicle has a true luxury look to it.

4. Satin Cashmere Metallic Exterior / Linear Espresso Wood Interior

Another popular option is the satin cashmere metallic exterior — a really long way to say “soft beige.” As opposed to the starfire pearl, the satin cashmere is a bit forgiving when dirtied following a rain, or splash through a puddle. It’s perhaps most popular among families, who maybe don’t have time to upkeep the exterior of the car. Owners most often pair the exterior with a linear espresso wood finish on the interior, which nicely compliments the outside color.

5. Molten Pearl Exterior / Silver Performance Interior

If you’re looking to make a bold statement with your new Lexus, the company’s matador molten pearl is an excellent option. Strikingly orange, this color is more often used for the faster, more sport Lexus models. Owners who go with this option pair it with an equally striking interior finish of silver performance, so the car looks bold both on the inside as well as out.
