Take note of the cover assembly clips. The small cover (#1) pops out by prying from the very top and then pulling towards you (directly outwards). Note how the two clips insert forward (pushed towards the windshield) upon reinstallation. The big cover (#2) then slides down along the windshield. Note how the clips insert upwards for reinstallation. Reinstallation is the reverse of the removal process.
