Failed Wheel purchase
I was so pleased to deal with raq on these wheels. He was so understanding when I told him I had an emergency and I couldn't get the wheels from him by the date he specified. I am so glad he kept my $200 down payment on the wheels after I told him the following day about the situation. I really appreciate the integrity in which raq does business. He even sent me back half the deposit. What a guy!

I did not sell the wheels for 400. I purchased new wheels because gs3 put a deposit down and agreed in our paypal contract to pay me the balance for the wheels shipped to his door. In t he middle of the week after I had already forked out money expecting to receive payment he cancels. What is a deposit for anyway? I end up having to move the wheels for a 400 less than I was promised so I dont get overdrawn. you might as well not have sent me the money if you could cancel at anytime. What was the 200 bucks for then? GS3 why dont you put a copy of our paypal contract on here?

I bought the wheels from raq and they are better than described.
You cant expect to put someone in a bind and not be held responsible. There was an issue with my bank and his payment and I took it upon myself to have it rectified. I also slid him $100 extra because of the inconvience. Keep in mind the error was the banks fault and not mine.
I have been burned on here before and I think when people go out of the way to get you going they should be rewarded.
I am not sure what your situation was but at least he sent you some money back unlike others here that would just take all and run..
