I have a set of VIP Modular VR08's for sale.
20x9 and 20x10.5
The faces are freshly redone in what I would call a hyper silver, looks awesome. The outer polished lips are new. The inner barrels are original but in perfectly true condition, no cracks, rash, bends, etc..
They had a set of tires mounted on them, never used, then tires were removed. They have never seen the road since rebuild.
VIP doesn't give offsets, but they clear LS430 and Supra brakes, which means they should clear pretty much any big brake kit. I tested them prior to the new lips on my GS and my LS, fit flush if not slightly past flush on both cars. I would guess them to be around a +30 rear and high +30's front....maybe +35 to +38.....roughly

I don't have pics of the test fit......on both my old GS and my old LS fitment was about the same. They were slightly past flush with the fender....meaning pushed out very slightly. They fit about the same as my trafficstar wheels, which required zero fender work in the front. My tears were shaved, but I always do that as soon as I lower my cars. For reference the trafficstars were +29'+30 if I'm not mistaken

Can you measure the wheels to get the offset? Its pretty simple to do, would probably help sell the wheels, i would maybe even be interested if I knew the offset
