19x9 +24 19x10 +31 no tires
Matte center, black polish,No tires.
Was refinished and powder coated. No bends/cracks/rash. LIke new condition.

$2800 plus paypal fee OBO will ship at buyer's expense

yes both are larger. front bore is 66m, rear bore is 71mm.
