I have a set of Volk SF Winnings for sale, 19x8.5 +38 front and 19x9.5 +29 rear. Centercaps included. No TPMS. The left rear rim had some curb rash repaired on it by a professional shop, but the integrity of the wheels is good (no bends, cracks, etc.) I was just trying a little too hard to park next to the curb and scraped the left rear wheel, and had it repaired within 2 weeks.
I am willing to ship Shipping on wheels is expensive as any of you that have done it know. It'll run around $350 to ship to the West Coast via UPS (which is the method I always use).
I no longer have the ISF so these are now boxed and sitting in my garage. Willing to let them go for:
