I believe so. These wheels have offset of +45mm which might be the same for the 2007 GS350. The recommended tires are 235/40/19 but i think you could run a little wider as well. I think these would be a nice square setup for your GS350 (at a very good price). What tire size(s) do you have now?

Right now I am on the stock OEM 17's spoke wheels, LOL... These wheels would look sick on the matador red GS350
