So it turns out that AMC place only sell to retailers and not to public.

I had spoke with VR Wheels before for the lips.. just a little more than what I want to spend right now, that's why I wanted to either purchase a pair used to save me on cost or cheaper new prices.. I believe new they're around $240/pc from what I was quoted before.. and wanted to keep it down to $300/pair.
