Hankook Ventus S1 Noble2
We had one day of rain here in the bay last week () and my cheapo Accelera tires that the PO or the Dealer put on my car did not exactly inspire confidence on a wet road with the first rains of the year despite having 6-7/32 on them. I was making a sharp right turn after a stop and my tail started breaking loose. I was able to counter but still freaked me out a bit since there is more rain in our forecast here.
Anyway. I called my tire guy and ordered some Hankook Ventus S1 Noble2 and thought I'd put in my first impressions here for those looking for a good All season tire.
Ride is much better compared to the accelera with very low road noise (the Accelera suprisingly had very good noise levels though but nothing close to my old Hankook Ventus Evo 12's) The ride vs he Evo12's is very close. More road whomp on reflectors and such with the Nobles but I'd gladly give up some slight increase in noise for the longer life of the Nobles. The Nobles have a 50k mile warranty
Handling is very good. I was able to hit some slick patches with them and even though they arent broken in yet, they gripped very well in the wet. I will update after we get more rain, supposedly this week.
The cost was very good. My tire guy was able to match the TIrerack price but included mounting and balancing without me even asking Total cost was $830.25 with roadside warranty (i dunno if I really needed that though) I think it was worth it especially if the tires last the whole 50k.

Hey ,
I will buy a set of 20" Hankook Evo V12 because we don't have S1 noble 2 available in my country .
But unlike the reviews in TiresRack you said that V12 has less road noise ?
please confirm to me because I am searching for quite tires and actually I could not find tires other than these that are not runflats .
I have also considered shipping tires from USA to KSA but I don't know if it is possible to ship them for less than 420$
But if the V12 has less noise I will buy them once you replay .
Thank you
