Its been a week now, figured I would give you the chance to save face and either get me the wheels or refund me

Well they got here. They weren't sent on Saturday like I was told.

Here are my "9/10" wheels. Absolute joke, guess I'll file a claim through paypal.

Wow didn't notice the crack. Return the wheels and I will refund your money. I'm away in a different country right now keep in touch tho. I will refund your money.

I don't mean to sound like a ****, but how do you "not notice" that? Plus the front wheel is a total mess too.

Furthermore, you want me to pay the return shipping, and hope you refund me? So I'll be out the $50 or so to send these back with nothing to show because you mis-represented them? PM me if your phone doesn't work or email me from the paypal address, that's not really fair if you ask me.
