Yes they will fit in terms of bolt pattern and for sure brake caliper clearance. They will be slightly more aggressive than the stock wheels if I'm not mistaken.

Will these fit 07 IS350? Clear BBK? I will lower using regular sport springs and don't want to roll fenders

They will clear the brakes fine. I don't think you'll need to do any fender work but please double check. I do not have a 2IS to test fit these onto
