When you say Shank style, do you mean the OEM ones that came with the 01-05 GS 430 wheels?

If so, I have a set laying around.

lug nuts

I just got some from Sewell Lexus.
These are Original Equipment Chrome Lugnuts
Go online and on check out there is a spot that lets
you say you are a member of Club Lexus.
I got mine for $3 something per lug nut.
That is less than half the price of what they charge if you just order
over the phone.

If you have any trouble figuring out the website call them
while you are on the web site and they will walk you thru it.

They are very helpful and easy to deal with.
