GS 400 wheels OEM

Have a set of 5 GS 400 wheels and tires. Tires have a lot of tread left, wheels have minor curb rash. Clear coat was peeling on 2 wheels along the edge, decided to primer all wheels and paint but have decided to go a different route. $350 OBO

The last wheel has the primer but not sealed yet.

still avail??? willing to ship to California? you can still just roll on these primed right? can be powdercoated? can you seal the last rim before shipping? lmk!!
