You would need a 15mm spacer to clear the front calipers.

So what do spacers do to ensure the wheel fits and does not rub and functions well? Do I need a specialized shop to install the tires with spacers? I will surf the net for answers also. Thank you all very much,

Ok that was pretty easy spacers move the tire away from the hub so clearance is not an issue. Hwo do they ride handle? Seems like a bit to much for me but thanks.

The LS 430 had an optional set of 18" wheels, so with comparable tires, these wheels should not be a problem at all.
