The Kranze Bazreia only uses 30 actual bolts...these do have alot more than that though..

I checked the Bazreia datasheet with the specs you listed and it's shows the lips are 67mm (2.6" lip) and 80mm (3.1") lip that you have for sale.

That is if you measure the lips that show on the outside of the rim.
The part that you measure for the width of the rim is different.
