Yes they should fit ls460 if most a 5mm spacer and isf brake are actually smaller than the regular mono block brakes so it will clear

The ISF caliper is smaller than the regular IS caliper? I don't think you have seen ISF brakes, besides the problem is not the size of the caliper but the position, on the ISF the rear caliper sticks out and makes it difficult to fit wheels, that's why offsets are so important and we can't be too aggressive. It's been tested already and F-Sport wheels don't clear the rear calipers, I'm not talking about regular IS wheels.
