So how do you expect to put it all together with no bolts and hardware.

You buy your own bolts and a stick of $6 G&E silicone at Home Depot.

The blind bolts can be bought at a local hardware store. The last through bolts I bought were these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/CHROME-WHEEL...caecf6&vxp=mtr
And the silicone I like to use G&E clear silicone from Lowes for Home Depot.
