SF: WTB sporty lux wheels

Im from SF bay area and looking to buy a VIP modular or any luxury sporty wheels. Its for my daily use so with lil bit of scratches are fine. I am willing to pay $2500 - $3000 for them.
A lot better if locals, i will buy them anytime. So hmu!

Looking for: (Front)19x8.5 / 19x9 ----- (Rear)19x9.5 / 19x10
Color:Matte black / Matte graphite / Gun metal or Any colors (not interested on chromes)
Step lip or Reverse lip.
