I live in Southern California and want to put 16" tires on my car so I can fit snow chains on them for the few trips I take to the snow.

I'm looking for a set of four 16" GS400/430 wheels to use during the winter. If they have tires with minimum wear, I'd be interested in buying wheel & tires.

I would also prefer chrome if possible.

Please let me know if anybody out there has anything to offer.
