so are the fronts 17s with the step lip steping them to 18s? and the rear faces 18s? when the wheels are side by side do the front wheels face look smaller?

The fronts and rears are both 18's. They don't appear smaller.. ?

if it is a step lip in the front then the face is smaller.. so your front faces are actually 17s and the lip steps them up to a 18..
the only company that makes a step lip the same size as the face is adv1 as far as i know
