Default HRE questions...

Still searching for that perfect wheel Does HRE make a 440R version of the 540R wheel... it is not listed on their web site, but then neither is the 441R. Secondly, is the 440 series offered with the same finishes as the 540 series? Thirdly(??), where can I find out about offset options? And lastly, if anyone has pix of the 440R, assuming they exist, could you please post some? Here is a shot of the 540R on a Porche, this is the style I'm interested in;

I can pre-order that exact 540R to fit your Lexus in 19" only right now. 20" is not avail yet in those R series wheels, but will soon.

They have all the same finish options. The one pictured is brushed aluminum w/clearcoat and polished lip.

And yes, they are not on HRE's website (yet), neither are the 440R series. email me if you need some more info.

I was really more interested in the 2 piece version of the wheel above... I was guessing that it would be the 440R??? Thanks.

HRE does not make the old 440 series anymore, or any 2 piece wheel for that matter. The new 440R series is all 3 piece.

Can someone explain the difference between the 440R series and the 540R series??? It used to be that one was two piece and one was three... From reading posts here, it sounds like the 540R series is much more expensive than the 440R series... what do I get for the extra money if they are both three piece wheels now???

Default well...

It does make it easier to repair damage when you only have to replace 1 of 3 pieces! I had to do this for a Fiske wheel I had (replaced the lip only from bend and curb rash)
