No that is not the reflection. Those are they two wheels that need to be refinished. It looks like the previous owner tried to strip the clear off the two back wheels. And only got about half way on both of them. Hence the price.

looking at the splatter pattern it looks like it was white wall cleaner that was sprayen..thats what happens when it gets on clear ct....try hitten them with a buffer and it will look alot better..maby get some more $ out of them to..glws
