I want winter tires, but wasn't planning 18's, was planning on 16's and 17's for summer.
They have the same bolt pattern so they should "work" but I cannot comment if they would actually fit without fender work. I have to believe there are guys with MUCH more aggressive rims/offsets in GS models than this setup without fender mods.

Do you know what the 'hub bore' is, do you know if its a match for the Lexus ISx50 of 60.1mm? I can alwaysbuy hubcentric rings which is fine, but I would like to know the size if you have that information.

Here is another thread I found with additional details on the wheels. Looks like the bore size is 72.62 mm.
