Tires Q

I was just wondering.. Any experts can chime in please.. I am thinking of using my set of 245/50/17 AS tires on my stock GS400 17x8 wheels. Should there be any concern on this application?? I am currently using 235/50 Pirellis and have never had an issue. I do tend to preffer good wall height RATHER than that rubberband, bicycle tire look. Hahahhahaa
