UPS would most likely be best... i just shipped some 20" Rays to Canada, i bought boxes from a local rim place ($5 a box x 4) and spent like $20+ on bubble wrap from staples....

without tires, and considering these are light weight wheels... it shouldnt be that much shipped in the US... i would ball park it around $100+...
